Michael is the original founder of All-Type Welding and Fabrication Inc. and is celebrating his 43rd year in the welding & fabrication industry as of 2021. Mike holds a degree in welding and fabrication, allowing him to enter into the industry. In 1986, Mike founded ATWF. Mike has always been committed to ensuring all Customers receive the highest level of service and quality, which is why he believes in continual training for all employees. As president, Mike is dedicated to exceeding the highest level of Customer satisfaction. Some of his hobbies outside of work include fitness, hiking, and travel.
David is Chief Executive Offer and Co-Owner of All-Type Welding and Fabrication. He previously held the position of President/Owner, and was the original founder of Davco Fastener Company for 34 years. With over 45 years of experience in Manufacturing and Distribution, David is intimately familiar with ATWF capabilities, Customers, and operating approach. His extensive knowledge of the Company and its industries provides ATWF with management perspective necessary to oversee the Company’s strategies and business operations. David’s experience and perspective has opened opportunities for diversification and growth at ATWF. As CEO, Dave is dedicated to providing everyone with a World Class Customer Experience.
Brett has joined All-Type Welding and Fabrication, Inc. with over 26 years of experience in fabrication, machining and design. Brett started his career at a sheet metal shop in Chicago that performed punching, laser cutting, plasma cutting, stamping, bending and welding. His career moved him to Northeast Ohio in 1998, where he has worked in manufacturing for two OEMs for the last 20 years. Brett understands that in this industry you have to react quickly to your customer needs and be able to produce quality products. Brett is responsible for overseeing all of the Plant Operations at ATWF. In his free time, Brett enjoys hiking with his wife, cooking, fishing and home brewing.
Before joining ATWF in 1994, Mark entered the fabrication industry as a fitter, welder and general foreman at a fabrication company. Mark was originally hired at ATWF as a fitter welder and was promoted in 2014 to Quality Manager. Mark’s experience comes from working with engineers in creating and meeting technical specifications on Customer blueprints. He ensures Customer specifications are met throughout the manufacturing process, from beginning to end, allowing Customer’s to have confidence that their parts have passed all quality requirements before arriving to their door.
Before joining ATWF in 1994, Allen worked at Forest City Auto Parts for seven years as a stocker/driver before being promoted to shipping and receiving supervisor. As shipping and receiving supervisor with All-Type Welding and Fabrication, Inc. Allen coordinates, manages and leads a team providing all aspects of identifying work procedures, monitoring productivity, packing products and preparing them for a timely delivery. Allen helps monitor and oversee both outgoing and incoming shipping activities nationally and internationally to make sure that everything being received or shipped out is in perfect condition and on time.
Mario joined ATWF in 1994 with an interest in sales. He proposed selling for ATWF as a Sales Rep and quickly learned the company’s capabilities. Mario built a strong Customer base that 25 years later still do business with ATWF. As the account executive for ATWF, Mario works closely with engineers, quality control departments and purchasing teams. He is responsible for Estimating and Quoting upcoming Customer projects.
